Senior Member with number 13934 of the Order of Engineers of Portugal (O.E).

Portuguese nationality, born on May 11, 1951 in Minde, Alcanena, and resident in Rua Gregório Lopes LT 1638-11 º ESQ – Restelo, 1400-407 Lisbon, Portugal.

Professional activity

1976-1977: Works Manager in the company Tojal SA Lisbon

1977-1983: Project Manager, Works Director and Production Director of the company Indubel SA of Lisbon / Porto

1984-1993: Head of Studies and Civil Engineering Project in his project office in Lisbon with architects João Paciência and Carlos Travassos.

1984-2023: Founder and Managing Director of VIPLANO Ltd in Lisbon, where he works as a Structural Engineer and Project Manager

1992-2017: Director of URBIDAIRE – Company of Construction Ltd, URBISILVA – Company of Construction Ltd, Wax Museum (Apparitions of the Virgin Mary) in Fatima Ltd, and the Life of Christ Wax Museum Ltd, also in Fatima.
